Robin Rhode at the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung

The world-renowned multi-talented artist kept the enthusiastic audience engaged for 45 minutes with his impassioned opening lecture on his work and career on 12 October 2022. After Rhode’s brilliantly illustrated performance, Dr. Petra Giloy-Hirtz, co-curator of the exhibition WIDE OPEN. INS OFFENE, subtly led the artist talk. With School of Fish and Phantom Rain, the current exhibition at the BlackBox features two groundbreaking photo series by the Berlin-based artist-star, who recently enjoyed great success at the Venice Biennale, Munich’s Haus der Kunst, and the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg.
