Between Light and Illusion – The Magic of Dichroic Glass in Art and Architecture

with Neringa Vasiliauskaitė (artist), Peter Röhlen (glass specialist) and Barbara Kunze

Depending on the viewing angle and lighting conditions, dichroic glass shimmers in a range of vibrant colours, opening up new dimensions of design for artists and architects.

The Lithuanian artist Neringa Vasiliauskaitė shares her experiences and approach to dichroic glass. She uses this material to create poetic light installations that redefine space and perception. Peter Röhlen is one of the leading experts in glass coating and demonstrates the technological possibilities and creative potential of coated glass in architecture, design and art. When the two come together, visitors are inspired by art and technology – by light, colour and the illusion of the material.

Art connects and moves people. After the event, we would like to invite you to an aperitif: wine, cheese and bread to accompany discussions about what you have seen and experienced.

The ticket will be sent by email.
No shipping costs apply.
