Starting with the grand Flemish bend “The Knot” Hassan Khan sculptured in glass, the morning tour discovers the astonishing richness embodied in a knot: a knot is a tool, a symbol, and an ornament, and it has been shaping mankind since prehistoric times. ZEIT FÜR BROT is a trendy artisan bakery with a glass-fronted bakery where everything is baked on site using seasonal and regional organic ingredients. Founded in Frankfurt in 2009, ZEIT FÜR BROT now has locations in twelve cities—even in London and Tel Aviv. Since 12 March 2025, they have also been baking in Munich: The shop and glass-fronted bakery are located at 59 Amalienstraße. From there, the fluffy cardamom knots for this exclusive Breakfast Club double anniversary celebration are delivered to the Alexander Tutsek Foundation: ZEIT FÜR BROT is celebrating its first anniversary in Munich, and the Alexander Tutsek Foundation is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
