Workshop “Digital Tools in Cast Glass Process” – Submit now!

The Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung is once again offering a total of five places for a workshop on the use of digital tools in working with cast glass at the TURBA Factory Berlin.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn more about the processes and creative possibilities of glass casting in combination with digital tools. The aim is to provide a fundamental understanding of the practical applications of CAD and digital tools in the context of mould making for glass casting. These tools enable artists to reproduce even the finest details, such as fingerprints or plant imprints. With these tools it is also possible to create digitally modifiable and scalable molds and archive them digitally.

Over a period of two weeks between the end of June and the beginning of July 2025, intensive practical sessions will be offered, aimed at artists with a degree in art who already have some experience in working with glass.

The workshop fee for the five participants will be covered in full by the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung.

Submissions are open until Sunday, 8 June 2025.

Further information and the workshop dates can be found here.
