Ceremonial Awarding of Prizes and Grants
For the 6th time, the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung has presented awards and grants to students from four institutions in Höhr-Grenzhausen – the University of Koblenz-Landau, the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences/Westerwaldcampus Höhr-Grenzhausen, the Technical College for Ceramics and the Vocational School Montabaur, Ceramics Branch. This year’s ceremony took place in the presence of numerous representatives and representatives of the local economy, science and public institutions in the Ceramics Museum Westerwald. With this commitment to education and training in Höhr-Grenzhausen and Koblenz, the foundation aims to strengthen and sustainably promote young talented and socially committed personalities in the various training professions and courses of study related to ceramics through innovative training.
The Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung provides sustainable support for the four institutions of ceramics research and teaching in Höhr-Grenzhausen and Koblenz. The financial support enables the institutions to finance technical equipment needed for ceramic education in this field. In addition, prize money is awarded for outstanding achievements in training, as well as scholarships for particularly good performance during studies and social commitment. In this way, almost 100 young ceramists across all sectors have benefited to date.
