Best Workspaces 2025

Every year, the renowned Best Workspaces Award honors the 50 best office buildings worldwide. The office building at Georg-Muche-Strasse 4, whose first floor houses the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung Office with several offices, meeting rooms and a specialist library, impressed the international jury with its outstanding spatial organization, functionality and aesthetic approach.

The award ceremony and a publication will follow in March 2025.

raumstation architekten built the striking office building at Georg-Muche-Strasse 4. It refers to the clear styles of early 20th century industrial architecture. The office monolith stands out from the surrounding steel-and-glass buildings of Parkstadt Schwabing with its dark façade, the quartz aggregate shimmering in the sun.
